Microblading
Discover Microblading
Whether your eyebrows are non-existent or nearly perfect, microblading will give you the dream brows you’ve always wanted. Microblading also known as the Feathering technique is a unique free-hand technique that deposits pigment into the dermis with light feathering strokes. The pigment is implanted in the basal membrane, which divides the epidermis from the dermis layer of the skin. This creates very crisp, fine hair strokes that don't blur after healing (as you would experience with a traditional permanent makeup machine). The initial procedure lasts 3h- including the consultation. The touch up can last anywhere between 1h and 90 min - depending on how much area needs to be covered.
The results last 18 months up to 2 years.
Microblading Frequently Asked Questions
IS MICROBLADING PAINFUL?
Most of our clients will agree that the procedure is tolerable with a pain level of 3-5 (0-none, 10-worst). We use a highly-effective topical anesthetic gel containing lidocaine for numbing before and during your procedure. As a needle or blade is used in the application, a certain level of discomfort is to be expected. Pain threshold levels vary from person to person and every effort is made to ensure you remain comfortable for the entirety of the procedure.
PLEASE NOTE:Having this service performed during your menstrual cycle may increase discomfort during your procedure. If you are a frequent smoker, the topical anesthetics used during the treatment will not last as long. If you have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, be aware that this may affect your sensitivity tolerance to the procedure.
